We all waiting for any new update from Apple so that today we have got some interesting news according to a new discovery in the iPhone’s carrier operator profiles, Apple could be set to drop iOS 5.1 on Friday, March 9th.

A new discovery from the guys at YourDailyMac claims that iOS 5.1 should be dropped on March 9th, here’s what was mentioned from them in their report:

We today discovered that Apple published eleven new profiles for various iPhone-operators. These files are compatible with iOS 5.1 and are set for release on March 9. This could indicate that iOS 5.1 will be released around that date, is will be available for the following devices; iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 3G/4G, iPad, and iPad 2.

The profiles are intended for operators in Japan, France, Greece, Finland, and Sweden. Apple has to update the iPhone’s operator profile with each new build of iOS so that the network connection will work properly.So this rumor may becomes true who knows, but really if this news are true and that’s what we are sure from we should also expect iPad 3 launch in March maybe after iOS 5.1 release.
